I was approached by the fabulous North Halifax Partnership who were about to bid to extend their amazing children’s Centre services. I provided support and challenge through the bidding process and sense checked the bid giving pointers for improvement throughout. When the bid was successful, I was then engaged to work with the leadership team to ensure they themselves were supported with the forthcoming change process, and were equipped with tools and ideas to manage the process for others as well.
